Evolve EMS Therapy is proud to be part of the VA Community Care Network (VACCN), accepting Veterans through Optum. With an approved VA referral, you can receive care at our Greenville studio, close to home, one-on-one, no big-clinic feel. Once your referral reaches us, we call you to schedule, there's nothing else you need to do.
How It Works
Ask your VA provider about a Community Care referral for massage therapy or complementary care. If you're eligible, they'll submit the referral through the VA.
The VA Community Care Network in our region is administered by Optum. Once your referral and authorization are approved, the VA sends the referral directly to us.
No need to call us. As soon as your referral arrives, we'll reach out to you directly to set up your first session. We handle all the authorization paperwork and VA documentation.
Covered sessions require an approved VA referral and authorization before your first visit. Eligibility and covered services are determined by the VA and Optum. Once your referral is sent to us, we take it from there and reach out to you directly.
Every Veteran receives 20% off all regular-priced services, no paperwork needed. Thank you for your service.
