Welcome to Evolve EMS Therapy. By booking an appointment online, by phone, or in person, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following strict booking, cancellation, and facility policies.

1. Booking & Deposit Requirements

  • Online Booking: A 50% deposit is strictly required to secure any appointment booked online.
  • In-Person Booking: To secure an appointment booked in person, a valid credit card must be placed and maintained on file, even if you intend to pay with cash at the time of service.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • 24-Hour Notice: Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Rescheduling Limit: Clients are permitted to reschedule a specific appointment a maximum of two (2) times. Attempting to reschedule an appointment a third time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a charge for the full cost of the treatment.
  • Day-of Modifications: Your scheduled treatment modality cannot be changed on the day of the appointment.

3. Late Arrival & No-Show Policy

To ensure the integrity of our clinical schedule and fairness to all clients, the following lateness rules are strictly enforced:

  • 60-Minute (or longer) Treatments: If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will automatically be cancelled, the session will be forfeited, and the full cost of the treatment will be charged to the card on file.
  • 30-Minute Treatments: If a client is more than 10 minutes late, the appointment will automatically be cancelled, the session will be forfeited, and the full cost of the treatment will be charged to the card on file.
  • No-Show Communication: Evolve EMS Therapy operates on an automated schedule and will not contact clients who are running late or who have missed an appointment. It is the client's sole professional responsibility to arrive on time. Missing a scheduled time will result in an automatic full treatment charge.
  • Reminders: As a courtesy, clients are provided with three (3) automated appointment reminders prior to their scheduled service via email/SMS.

4. Facility Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Policy

  • Clinical Focus: Evolve EMS Therapy is a strictly professional clinical wellness facility. Treatments are for therapeutic and wellness purposes only.
  • Zero-Tolerance Behavior: Absolutely no inappropriate, suggestive, or illegal acts are tolerated. If a practitioner feels a client's behavior is inappropriate, the session will be terminated immediately. In such cases, the full payment is rendered non-refundable, the client will be permanently banned from all future bookings, and local authorities will be notified immediately.

5. Client Hygiene Requirements

For health, safety, and sanitary compliance involving our specialized therapy equipment and modalities, all clients must be freshly showered immediately prior to receiving any service. Practitioners reserve the right to deny service if standard hygiene requirements are not met, and standard cancellation fees will apply.
